How billing, cancellations and refunds work on Edgrapi. Prices are in USD.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then simply isn't renewed.

Refunds

Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has begun. Credits — whether granted by a subscription or bought as a top-up pack — are prepaid and non-refundable, including any unused balance. Credits don't expire while your account is active.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, the wrong amount, or a failed service — email support@edgrapi.com within 7 days. We review every case and issue a refund where it's warranted.
