Plain-language terms for using the Edgrapi API.
Service
Edgrapi provides company financial data normalized from the public SEC EDGAR system, delivered as a JSON API. Access requires an API key and is subject to your plan's rate limits.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, resell raw access, or use it to break the law. We may suspend keys that do.
Data & accuracy
Data originates from public SEC EDGAR filings and is provided "as is", without warranty. It is not investment advice. Verify figures against the primary filings before relying on them.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. See our refund & cancellation policy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgrapi is not liable for losses arising from use of the data or service.
